An acreage full of ruts, washes, bluffs and arroyos, Axland and Proctor embraced the terrain and made it part and parcel to the entire layout. The result: each and every hole takes you to a brand new experience—a roller coaster both of emotion and of twists and turns.

Designer of Golf, Dan Proctor says that they've tried, but they "cannot decide on a signature hole, every hole is so special ... after you're through playing here, you'll remember every shot, every hole".

Adding to the breathtaking and dramatic layout is the fact that Bayside overlooks Nebraska's largest lake, Lake McConaughy.

Bayside Golf was rated a 4-star course by Golf Digest and rated #2 public access course in Nebraska by Golf Week.

Heritage Hills Golf course, with its rolling hills and undulating greens, was considered one of the "best 75 golf courses" by Golf Digest in 1984. An excellent Phleps-Benz design is one of the most challenging tests of golf in the midwest. Wonderful views of the native grasses offset by lush rolling green fairways and fast greens.

Heritage Hills opened in 1981 as one of the first links style courses built in Nebraska described as "Diamond in the Rough". It is the highest quality of design, course conditioning and value.

The course has hosted most all NGA, NWAGA and NJGA events including the 2006 NE section CPC. The course is the host of the annual John Mullen Community Hospital Pro-Am, raising hundreds of thousands for the hospital foundation.

Southcentral Nebraska is a long way from anywhere, but it's worth the trail ride to get to Wild Horse.

This "Carnoustie of the Corn Belt" tumbles through windswept, treeless terrain, where half the battle is keeping the ball from trundling into links-like bunkers and tall native grasses. So complete is the test offered that Wild Horse has been described as the public version of nearby Sand Hills. That comes as no surprise: course architects Dave Proctor and Dave Axland were instrumental in helping Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw create that celebrated course.

This course is a combination of Scottish/Irish links-styles. It is set on 300 acres of beautiful rolling hills on the edge of the Sand Hills. The course is lined throughout with unplayable rough that ranges between one and two-feet tall. The fairways are medium width and open, while the greens average 6,000-square feet in size, are fast and are a mixture between flat and undulating. This course has many sand bunkers and natural blowouts.
